GOSUD MEETING ARRANGEMENTS
The meetings will be in the Node 6 meeting room at
Southampton Oceanography
Centre
. The rooms are booked all day, and there will be a data projector.
People come to the SOC reception to sign in. They will need to be met by
someone, and taken to the meeting room. The someone may be Brian King or a
colleague. Please check you are on the participants list and if not notify
me as soon as possible.
Brian has arranged morning and afternoon coffee in the room. Lunch can be
purchased in the canteen. Brian will arrange for a couple of tables to be
reserved, so we can sit together.
IMPORTANT NOTE :
The GOSUD (and GTSPP) meeting will be held in the
Southampton Oceanography Centre building,
which is also known as the 'Waterfront Campus'.
